    Looks like remnants of a possible die clash though in other areas of the coin.

    Looks like a scratch.

    See that there is no 'crack line'
    to the immediate left of the "R"
    of Trust, and the line seems to
    go over the R also.

    Another photo would be helpful,
    but I'm in the SC (Scratch Coin)
    Camp,based on the one photo only.
