My question really is who would you send it to to get it attributed John Wexler or I don't know who to send it to So much for a parking lot coin this coin has been struck three or four times it's hard to tell but I think four check it out its also lines up size with an SBA dize but it took a lot of hits at the mint I'm sure weights is 5.76 grams
Your quarter is all damage. There's no need to send it to anyone. Definitely not a mint error of any kind. You have to keep in mind that there are so many ways coins can become damaged or altered post mint. Not everything that looks different, strange or weird is automatically a mint error.
I understand that but I finally got clear photos of it but I do understand that sir for sure I'm a hard-headed Guinea from Boston Italian so I got to be sure about everything
How about just asking us simple questions.. - Hey guys. Is this some type of mint error or damage? - How could this have occurred? Just keep it simple Willie. Don't assume anything unless you really do know.
sorry bud i will from now on right now my magic remote is down waiting on LG for the new one i will do reseach first
YouTube is a fountain of misinformation. Don't believe everything you see there. I watch many of the videos on error coins and they are horrible! There are a few good YouTube channels but the majority of clickbait garbage!!! If I wanted to I could start my own YouTube channel and put any damaged coin and say "This rare mint error is worth thousands" when I know it's not. Many new collectors will fall for it and start off with bad Incorrect knowledge.
It seems some people want to be as a teacher, but they haven't yet finished the lower grades ( or maybe no schooling at all in the subject matter. ) I read the comments and studied them for over a year before I joined and had a shelf full of coin books, but that's me. I do not like to pretend I know almost everything, it comes back and bites your butt. But people vary. I am not directing this to any one person so ignore if you wish.
