Without pictures, I suspect this is more or less a silver art round. Really the only Tier 1 or 2 service that grades stuff like this is ANACS (although NGC graded the Pawn Starts rounds...), and even they don't grade everything. You'd basically have a coin worth melt (more or less) in a holder from a Tier 2 grader that doesn't add anything to this value. That said, if it holds a particular value to YOU, it may be worth the ~$35-40 to have it holdered for protection.
