2000 posible ddo

    I also go for MD. Besides the MD characteristics, Since 1996, most DDO on Lincolns produced by the single squeeze hubbing are generally near the center of the coin.

    MD, notice how the letters are reduced in size where the damage occured?

    1996 d error

    I do not have the picture on here yet, but has anyone heard or seen a 1996 D ddo, with the only thing doubled is the word Liberty? I will try to post pics in awhile. Happy New Year everyone! I finally got a new camera, now I don't know how to use it.lol:kewl:

    Yes Michele, I have heard of it. It can be worth about 200 bucks in MS 65 I think, These are pics from Coppercoins.com, but Ken Potter's book(Strike it Rich), has an example too. And I am sorry for jumping on your question, Bill but your coin has the clear shelf-like appearances below "LIBERTY" that indicate MD.
