2000 P Sacajawea Dollar.... What is this error?

    Help me out guys, I have no idea what the deal is. Here are some pics.

    P.S. The reverse of the coin is normal. Thanks!

    I think that it's copper, it's definitely metallic. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures but some of the zinc (or whatever) coating is missing and that is where there are copper globules.

    My bad, I honestly thought that it was two questions. I wanted to know, both, what the error type was and how much it was worth. I figured it best to post in the obvious places for each respective question. I didn't copy and paste, I asked two separate questions regarding the same coin. In the future I will give further consideration before I do so.

    You're excused. I still think glue (or some substance) was placed on the coin.
