The obverse MD looks like it radiates in a clockwise fashion. I'm not familiar with this. The reverse under the eagles neck is very strange, then the leading edge of the right wing. The green arrows on the moto are raise above the rest of the letters. Any advice is appreciated!
I appreciate it, The neck where it meets the wing was the strangest to me. The hook part of it was something I haven't seen before.
