2000 New Hampshire State Quarter

    Why is the finish so dull on one side and looks fine on other ? IMG_20170804_203941878.jpg IMG_20170804_203526125_HDR.jpg IMG_20170804_204747115.jpg lettering looks doubled or even tripled.Is this worthless doubling (MD) I've never seen one with finish like that.Has anyone else seen one like this?

    The dull side could have been affected by Environmental Damage. Stained, discolored...dulled.

    Point out the Doubling. I also see nothing :watching:

    I also do not see anything am I missing it? Also it could have been the outside quarter of a roll so only one side got exposed to the outside and the inside was protected then opened and circulated.
