while counting coins I found 2 different dollar coins and they have different details. on one she looks like she is biting her lip and the baby's eyes are different and many other differences, can it be that it's worn out?

The first thing you must realize is that these two coins have been in circulation for about 17 years, and there are many things in the environment that can affect how they look. I should also point out that the one on the left might be one of the early releases of the Sac dollar. 2000 was the first year of issue, and one of the first problems the Mint experienced with this coin is that they had a tendency to turn a crappy brownish-green due to an improper rinse.
