    I have no idea what has become of this coin but the Reverse side of this coin sure is ugly. No poetry on the reverse side. Plus it's scarred all up.

    Well I would have to say PMD (post mint damage) someone had to much time on there hands. IMO

    PMD - Post Mint Damage
    It was put to a grinder. The marks are evidence of damage done outside of the Mint.
    Not a Mint Error.
