Looks like a filled die. Interesting but probably not worth anything over face value. However I would keep it if I found it

 

Worn Die issue.. Weak Die is something else.

Struck through grease.

 

So it's not worn die? or similar? I am trying to learn! I don't know how my question sounds.

 

@sunday13 Not really a worn die...the missing letters were caused by struck through grease/grit between the die and coin.
