2000 D errors

Pocket change founded this Lincoln Coin 2000 D under my observation I founded perhaps some errors on Abe color . It seems to me like nail goes through his color of his coat. Arrows pointing the ends of perhaps something. And Liberty the letter E is somehow erasing. What do you ?

E looks like PMD. Bumps could be plating blisters. (Or small die chips)?
