Found a Canadian 2000 Freedom quarter with die chips protruding from the Queens crown.
    Looks like sparks.

    I’m really feeling the love:)

Even the expression on her face looks shocked;)

You need to post your inquiry onto the FOREIGN coin forum, NOT the US forum.

    I didn't see them, so I didn't comment.

    Where are they?

    Sprouting from the crown :)

I see some extended 'darker' areas coming
off two parts of the crown.

But, based on your photos, they don't look like die
chips - better, closer photos of that area would be
    helpful.

(they almost look like two small planchet streaks, from improper
metal mixture - not saying that's what they are)

:) I will get a few more pictures. just have to find where I put it.

If you seen my 1998 dime chip error, it has a similar forked chip on the resulting in an upside down 1.
Maybe these are a streak or a chip.?

Sorry it took so long. I had to remember where I put it. When I find something that might be an error or not I tag it and wrap it in paper and put it away for another time:)
    Here’s some extra pictures .
    It looks really neat.
