Received this $20 bill from ATM the other day. Note red line and semi-circle shape. Doesn't look like someone drew or colored the bill themselves. Has anyone seen something like this before?

Not sure about this one. Not sure on the semi-circle, but the red line almost looks like automotive pinstriping.
No, it doesn't bleed to the other side. It doesn't look like someone colored it, but it is certainly possible. I'll get a magnifying glass to take a closer look.
That couldn't be an error. I will, however, note on thing on this bill. It is an SOI test note. I'm not sure if that really makes a difference or not.
