I got one today from an ATM, and it is a 2004 star note. How much are these worth? It is about circulated condition, but no heavy creases, just one from my wallet. Should I spend or keep?
I personally would keep it, but you have to at least post the serial number if you want an opinion on relative scarcity.
i would keep it either way, but as gatzdon mentioned, the serial, and possible pic would be most helpful!
