Not an expert on paper money...a keeper or a spender?

Some people save any and every star note they get. In this case they would say yes, save it. Personally I would spend it. You already have two bent corners on it. The value over face is minimal and you wouldn't get much for it. I have two consecutive numbered, uncirculated stars, also $100's. I couldn't get anyone interested at $25 total over face for the pair. Even had them for sale here on CT. I had ten consecutives with me to the FUN Convention this past January. Didn't have one dealer interested either. So what they are valued at makes no difference if no one is buying. I think they are just too recent. It's like trying to sell one regular Statehood Commemorative Quarter at it's suggested retail price.

Yours, Paddy54, has a lot more going for it with four beginning consecutive zero's in the serial number. That's where a lot of collectors feel low serial numbers begin to start. In your case, to tie up twenty dollars until something better comes along, isn't as hard to do compared to $100. Now if TaborTot 22 can afford to do that, then he can go by my first sentence until something better happens along. If that is coming out of a limited hobby fund, he may do much better putting that money to work elsewhere.
