I found a 2009 $20 star note and I wanted to know if it has value above face. I collect coins so I dont know much about currencies, I only know that a star note is rare Thanks
From what I am learning about star notes, I would venture to say that a Series 2009 which is the newest Series may not be worth more than current face value. Now if it were a Series 1928, 28 A, 28 B, 1934, 34 A, 34 B 34C or 34D it would be worth a dang nice premium. I think these are what I want to try to collect. I am poor so it may just never happen but I sure like the looks of them.
