Do you have a Pic of the other side? It can't happen unless someone used a printer of some sorts. That's my best guess. I have a 1977 front on back. Notice the differences..
I bet somebody scanned a $20 and fed $1 in to print it on. Value is $1 but I'm not sure if a merchant would take it if they notice that it's defaced with another denomination.
When I look at the other side I can see the printing is backwards. It’s been altered by a copy machine. The value is one dollar and it’s damaged.
