The issue is a Bank Tellers stamp.

 

If u look at it backwards it says i buried Paul.

 

What @paddyman98 said. Cool, but nothing special. NAV, so if you can afford to keep 20s, keep it, otherwise, I'd spend it.

 

It catches the eye but it's not one of the types considered collectible.
