Hello everyone Just curious I just found a $20 bill and it’s serial number is JF06261892D Pearl S Buck’s birthday. Would a serial number with her birthday be worth money?

Author and advocate Pearl S Buck is obscure. I had to Google her name. I have serious doubts if anyone would even care. And, the note is in terrible condition. I don’t see any premium associated with this note.
Surely there are at least two other people in the world who are enthusiastic about (a) Pearl S. Buck and (b) note serial numbers. All you have to do is find them and get them bidding against each other.
Some people, and companies that deal in currency, do collect what is known as "Birthday Notes" but with all currency collecting, condition is one of the most important factors, so while your note is Pearl's BD, the condition and desire for it would be very low, IMHO, so nothing above face value, but good eye for catching that.
