2 questions re bicentenial silver 3 coin set and half dollar rols from a bank

New to coins so thes may be novice questions to many of you but any info would help

1. How much is a 1976 bicentenial 3 coin silver set worth, and what is the silver content?

2. Also if I can find a bank that would give me rolls of half dollars in quantity what are my chances of getting a silver half?

1- I see these sets selling on eBay for $20.-$25. They are all 40% silver coins.
2-It's hard to say,sometimes I search a lot of rolls and find nothing,but I have also done very well at times,once I for a whole roll of franklins after not finding anything for months.

thanks, they said they can get me a box if i order it ahead of time i think its 50 rolls so maybe ill do it this week and get lucky
