    Had a few questions.
First one is the reverse of a 1991.
I was wondering how the double-rim was made?
    near "AMERICA" and "DIME"

the other one, looks like a weak-strike, or lots of grease.

    any ideas?

The first dime shows finning of the rim. This is caused by abnormally high overall striking pressure, or increased localized striking pressure caused by slight die tilt. There may also be a slight horizontal misalignment present.

The appearance of the second coin is typical for 1985-D dimes. The poorly-defined design rim was caused by inadequate upset of the planchets combined with an obverse die with too much convexity (a design flaw, not an error).
