    Galeriusas Caesar(A.D. 293-305),Follis, 9.73g., 29mm, Heraclea mint(Eregli, Turkey),second officina, c. A.D. 297-298, laureate bust right, GAL VAL MAXIMIANVS NOB CAES,rev.,Genius standing left modius on head, holding cornucopiae with chlamys over left shoulder, patera in right from which liquor flows,GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, HTB in exergue. (RIC 20b)

    I like them both. The Sol is neat, but the Galerius is excellent as well. It is centered and well struck all around. The portrait is magnificent. What a huge head and small face.

    Two super additions, JBG (congrats) ... yah, I'm a fan of that cool Sol reverse (I don't recall seeing too many of those puppies?)

    ... I also over-indulged last night (it was our company's annual golf-tourney and beer-a-thon!!)

    => our team won the golf tourney and then we continued to dominate the after-party as well ... so I claimed that we won the biathalon!!)

    ;)

    again => super new additions!!
