    Is $400 a good deal for an 1882 & 1883 cc GSA? I haven't seen them yet, but do GSA Morgans vary in quality all that much?

    Yes, they do vary that much. Based on the price your quoting I can assume that the coins would grade 63. But if they don't, then they are not worth that much.
