Saw these this past weekend. I've had a couple of 37-D 3 Legs but never owned a 55 DDO

How much were they asking for the 1955 Doubled Die?

    Are they are raw?

    Be careful.

The Buff's foreleg looks like there may be some scraping there.

Plus I don't see the diagnostic 'pee' spots that should be there.

If they are certified, what are the grades?

All of the 55DD have a rotated die reverse. Let's see the other side with the observe lined up correctly. Odds are if they are at a flea market they are both fakes. Why am I skeptical? These are raw coins, super rare and among the most counterfeited coins in the world. And they both just pop up. Yeah. OK.

There is a 50/50 chance that they could be real or fake.. Who is the seller? What are the coin backgrounds? Don't ever completely doubt anything.

It's not 50-50. If you take the number of fakes that exist, and the number of real ones that exist you are more in a 95-5 scenario. (More like 99.999-.001 but I am playing along.)
Because, if you have 1000 fakes and 1 real one, you can say: Either it's fake or it's real, so it's 50:50. But the math says it is 1000-1 against being real.

The thing here is I just spent about 20 minutes each looking ot the diagnostics. I think that they are real. and I just looked back at the photos and they seem to be in anacs slabs.
I am anxious to here from @jfscmedic

You and I are on the same page...I looked at this post during lunch today. The first thing that came to my mind is it doesn't look Kosher!
It may be but personally I wouldn't touch this specimen.
There's several things that just don't look right.

They were out of my price range ATM so I didn't ask prices. I am a dealer at the same market and I know the dealer who owns them

That's cool that they were real. I was wrong as usual.
Still need to see the reverse, (on the 1955 DD) with the obverse oriented correctly.

Knowing this dealer Probably too Much. He tends to look at E-bay asking prices to Price his coins..I think he said he wanted around $2,000 for the 55 DDO and around $1,000 for the 3-leg Buffalo
