Hi. I would like some opinions on whether the scribbles on this note are from damage or a printing error? From what I see, there are no pressure marks in the scribbles that would indicate an ink pen but I think it is possible to use an ink pen and not leave pressure marks. I don’t see any blotching from where the scribbles start and finish that an ink pen might leave on the note. There is an area in the scribbles where you can see a blue fiber, I would think that an ink pen would cover the fiber with ink, but I don’t know. Thanks for the help!

Bank tellers initials, possibly made with felt pen so no indentations. The paper our currency is made of, doesn't easily absorb fast moving pen marks. JMO

Very cool catch ...I'm thinking an inked fiber caused the mark ,then blew away after it dryed. Leaving the ink pattern. And the inks match seal and scribbles.

looks post BEP to me as the ink overlays the seal.
