2 1986 pennies have identical markings. how is that?

Zoom in and look at the ES of the word STATES and the O of the word OF. They are faded. What caused the identical marking?

It's very common in Cents from the 80's.
Some say Die Wear (or Worn Die).. some say Grease Strike.. no major value
By the way you have 2 Identical Postings!
