Hard to say, but probably not. There's only one 81-D RPM listed on VarietyVista, and yours doesn't match.

Hmm... the lower one does look like a possible match. Yours seems to be an earlier die state than what's pictured there (which is a LDS coin). The upper serif of the D should show slightly sharper notching than in the coppercoins photo.
