Opened my mail yesterday and It looked like a regular gov't mailing. Later that night really looked at it. They asked me to take a survey. With this was a crisp new $2.00 Bill. So this morning went to the site, I started then it wouldn't go any further. Tried a few times nothing. I will try again later today. Maybe call the 800 number. So now I'm the owner of a 2009 two from Atlanta. I wonder how many of the people chose not to take the survey?
