Found this nickel CRH-ing and spotted this. Still new to coin collecting and especially finding error coins. I kind of think its PMD just because I don't know what could cause it, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Not very good with errors/PMD, but I can tell you that it's either a 1954 or 64 because the font had changed by 1974 to drop the serif. Just some random useless information
