1999d lincoln error?

hello folks i think i found a 1999d error looks like the middle of the haed is sunk in and has a big clop above the date also the last two 9s are douple

From the picture, it looks like the whole coin is sunk in,

Cropping your picture before you upload it will enlarge the coin image enough that we can actually see it without a microscope Ed.

im new to these pic uploading,i mine computor i just click on the pics and a box of arrows comes up then click on the arrows and it enlarges it
