1999D DDO?

    Like the 1995 doubled die obverse, this 1999D appears to have the word Liberty doubled.

    I don't see any doubling, and the mintmark can't possibly be an RPM since the Mint stopped using hand-punched mintmarks about 1990.

    You are also correct about the RPMs .
    But, 1995-D does have 3 DDOs with double mint-mark .
