The 1999 is by far the rarest, especially in MS red....very, very tough!

Wide "AM" in "America" on Lincoln cents 1998-2000. might be a few other dates, not sure on that.

Wide AM Lincoln. Look at the separation of the AM in America. On a normal cent, the A and M should be touching or nearly so. In the WAM, there is an obvious separation.

    Nice Find!!!

I wouldn't go as far as saying that the Lincoln cent is my favorite, but it is close to the top. I am not such a fan of the zincolns, but I do love a nice red copper one. It just has this satiny look to it. Anyway, I don't often look for WAMs, but would consider buying one for a cheap price if offered. Then it will be locked away deep in the vault never to see the light of day again..... because thats the only way to keep the crude off. LOL! :D

Amazing!! Great find now excuse me while I ask a newbie question here. Is there any other difference besides the space between the AM in A MERICA to verify that it's a WAM? I appreciate it.

Yep, the designers initials on the reverse are closer to the building.

1998,1999,2000...a 1996 was found by Billy Crawford, but stolen and it was never validated by a secondary source.
