Hello. I was wondering if it is worth keeping 1999 $10 Star Notes. I have a fairly large stack of them, and apparently 3.14% of all bills in this series are stars. I think that that is a fairly high rate so is it even worth saving them? Opinions Please!! Thanks in advance! bschmidtbauer
