    Obverse is the side with Lincoln's bust on it.

    A clash on the reverse would should the outline of Lincoln's bust or the silhouette of some other device from the obverse.

    Those appear to be die gouges of some sort. They look like they might be raised. Note how they extend through the fields but not through the lettering or devices.

    Appears to be die file lines. For these more modern issues, this is a maintenance issue you don't see too often.

    Those are die scrapes from the feeder fingers.

    Agree with jallengomez. Feeder finger die scrapes.
