On the reverse I see a die crack and can see somewhat of a clash on the obverse just above the date. Is that what you mean?
I apologize, I read your title as a die clash and thought I saw one above the date. The one from the E to the memorial might be a die crack or a linear plating bubble. I am sure you will hear others opinions.
