I have a 1999 pennsylvania quarter in great condition however it seems to be missing an L in liberty on the back side can i get some opinions on it also what is something like this worth
The following answer is not only an opinion but the correct answer.. Worn die strike issue. Clogged die. The L on the Die was clogged with debris so when it struck the blank it did not allow the letter to form properly. Nothing major. No premium. Just worth 25 Cents.
