1999 P nickel reverse Last O in Monticello looks like it's filled in.

    Could this me an error coin. Aside from the O having a filling. I noticed In the observed on LIBERTY the Y it looks like a v over lapping it or something there. On the Reverse the word PLURIBUS the R looks like its missing part of its leg. Also in the word AMERICA the E looks like it has a blurry image that kind of makes it look like an R.
