1999-P DE Doubled Ear

Found the doubled ear. 1999-P Delaware. It does not seem to match either of Wexler's examples, though.

It helps a lot if could post clear photos of the entire coin. (Both sides).

 

I will get my wife's decent camera out tomorrow and get a good shot of it. My USB microscope is garbage and wont focus out that far. :/ Thanks!

I don't see any doubling in that photo.

@bditto39 ...you may have found a third type for Philly. Don’t get too excited, however, there are no values listed, it and the listed types are all minor doubling and (imo) don’t carry a premium...Spark

 

Looks like it took a hit there, not doubled.

 

It looks like a small die chip to me but I'm not seeing any signs of doubling.

It is definitely raised, but it could well be a die chip. I'll send it off some time once I get a few other things to send with it and see what comes of it. Thanks all for the help!
