    Almost certainly not. What does it weigh. That is always the first question on a possible missing clad or off metal error.

    I'm not sure ... But it's been in my coin jar for many years ... So I don't see how it's dirty

    you are sure?

    look at the obv & reverse stikes.

    If missing clad layer they would be weaker strikes.

    But, lets await the weight.
