Hey cointalk! i had this coin that i found while CRH'ing. Mikediamond has told me It appears to be an in-collar double-strike with a horizontal misalignment of the hammer (obverse) die on the second strike. He and rascal also said that there was a dropped letter 'P' on the back. I'm not really into error coins so I am looking to sell. ( I'm more bullion ) Mike said it could sell for upwards of 300 dollars so I am looking to get something somewhere in that range, also non_cents said it was worth 150+. Here are the things I am looking for: -Mercury Dime Dansco Album (brand new or used) or Type set one (brand new or used) -Mercury Dimes with exceptional toning and full bands (trying to complete a full band- bu set. toning is not required but it would be a +) -Key Date coins (21 D, P, 16D) -Barbers halves, quarters, or dimes in vf-au condition -Silver Bullion coins ( ASE, Maples, Pandas, and Perth mint stuff) -Junk silver (depends on what kind) -Morgan dollars -Peace dollars -Slabbed coins (please specify) -U.S Gold coins (or foreign) -Also if you have any OUTSTANDING coins I could use to put in my typeset it would work -and many more things, if you have something to offer please do so. Here is the thread that started it all http://www.cointalk.com/threads/1999-double-die-machine-doubling.228426/
