What I first noticed on the reverse, was the die chip on the L. Then I thought the E might be doubled along with the U and R. Now I'm pretty sure it's MD and die chip. But, what in heck caused the explosion under the E? Something that could have happened at the mint or PMD. Anyway, just thought I would post the picture.
+1 Environmental damage - you're liable to find almost anything while searching circulated coins. Chris
