1999 George Washington 25 cent Georgia peach error

If anyone can give me any information on this what kind what type or whatever and what it could be worth or any information whatsoever it would be much appreciated I am very new at this and I don't know what's going on thank you very much.

Just using your posted photos, it is hard to tell what I'm looking at. The only thing that stands out to me is that you have a quarter with a lot of circulation damage. Nothing else I see, so all PMD but still worth 25¢.

BTW @paddyman98 was being facetious, so don't add more.

That poor thing has suffered abuse most of its life.

Wow, these pictures sure do vary. If it weren't for the last picture of his neck I would have swore this quarter was acid etched...
