1999 experimental quarter????

    going through some coins and saw a wierd discoloration on a 1999 delaware quarter and has a 2 tone back looks like half copper and something else any help please

    can you post a picture.

    without, it would be next to impossible to tell you what you have..

    We can't help you without photos. It could be a missing clad layer but without photos we would only be guessing.

    Post mint damage. Plenty of change has seen hard times and some of it does bad things, it looks like it might have been in a fire, but the pics are kind of blurry.

    on the back has half looks like copper or bronze
