1999 dual denomination error coin

i came across this coin today and i researched my books and i need some expert info on what it is it looks like coin flip in collar and stamped one cent on obverse bottom and on reverse in god we trustplus lincoln head out line on reverse if any one has a clue what this please fill me in thank you i;ve been collecting for 7 years and this is the only one i;ve seen and i don;t know what i have

It's not a double denomination error. It's a flipover, in-collar double strike. Nice find.

thanks very much for info on this coin i geuss this coin is worth having graded when a person goes thru 4000 coins a week and finds somthing good it makes it all worth while again i'm so thankful for all info on this coin

yes somtimes my eyes feel like two hot coals but love looking for coins i'm hooked !!!!! and thank you for your great feed back the intest draw from this is been super i never thought this would be as strong error as it is but somtimes being at the right place and get a uncommom error from a bank roll go figure
