1999 DDR?

Hey Guys,

Found this today and it looked really odd to me.. Did some research and found there actually is a 1999DDR.. Although my search didn't lead to any details regarding the coin... If anyone knows about this error, I'd be greatly appreciative for some feedback? From what I got, the 1999 1c DDR has doubling in the columns.. It looks to me that my coin has 1 if not 2 columns showing doubling? Also the N looked doubled but I'm leaning towards machine..any feedback would be great!

What you see as doubling of the columns is actually part of the design. I'm not seeing a DDR.

Yep, I saw them. The doubled ear looks good. Not going to comment on the rest. As I said, when it appears in numismatic news or the cherrypicker's guide, please let me know.

 

last time I counted I have 4 in his latest book, I think its either cherrypickers, or pocket change, my names on all the coins
