1999-d Nickel error? What is it?

I was going through coins at my work when the reverse of this coin caught my eye. It seems to have a lamination error running rim to rim going straight through the top if the monticello. I need some insight on this...thanks for everyone that replies!

Tough pic but I think the crowd in here would call that post mint damage. I could be wrong though (it happened once during the early seventies).

 

Looks like a clash mark but I don't know what from.

To much glare along the crack, see if you can get it shaded some how.

Hi,

It's difficult to tell from the picture. Perhaps a few more pictures would help. I would also be interested in seeing a closeup of E PLURIBUS UNUM, if possible. It has to be a fairly clear picture
