I've posted about these before but they were all so messed up from circulation I wasn't really concerned what the responses on here would be, just curiosity and desire to learn mostly. But this one is in pretty good condition and I would love for this to be a plating issue and not PMD. My cheap phone doesn't take very good pictures, but in hand the zinc is more prominent. Plus I know 1999 produced more than its fair share of errors, so I'm hoping. Thanks.
