1999 Canadian QT Error..Crack.Goug.?

Hello Folks, Any thoughts on this coin as to being a goug, break , extention of hair pin ? Found in BU roll with half being with same error and the other half not. I didn't include the normal coin pics..for it's normal. Thanks I've added the rev scan

What's the reverse look like? Could be a die clash mark.

That's a strange place for a die crack

Found another roll and opened it to see whats in it and it too has same errors about 50/50. Unusual to me
