1998P Lincoln Cent Cud???

i get frustrated sometimes when i see so many non errors being sold on ebay.. here's a type i've seen quite a few times, half of a two headed coin being sold as an error.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/162342268892?ul_noapp=true

I did the same, besides reporting an item is a limited thing anyways and I prefer to give someone a chance first.
