1998 P quarter obverse and reverse questions

    Is IGWT a double?
    Is this a clash on the reverse under the left side wing, in between the eagles legs and underneath the tail feathers ?

    IGWT looks like machine doubling. The diagonal marks beneath the eagle's wings and tailfeathers could be die gouges. Are they raised on the coin? I can't tell from your photos.

    the doubling on this coin is MD and the marks below the eagle is die polish marks. In other words this is pretty much a normal quarter.
